overstating what is left with a shadow
less than lack of light, and I know
nothing left here to hold on to
nothing left at all

but I won't be the first one to let go

you in a room makes the world stop still
and after all this time
you still feel like mine
trying to separate what I knew, what I know, for sure
from what I don't
