We Walked Among the Trees

As long I have known how to use both of my feet
I headed for the woods to be close to the trees
Underneath the (???)
I felt so petit against the ground
But that was much more than a long time ago

Up from the hill I see a view
Now its filled with memories of you

It was an opportunity
of the kind you get once in a life
The chance to leave the past behind

Out in the forest in the company of friends
The feeling of belonging here gets more intense
I managed to find the greatest park
despite of a sligtly injured heart
And everything I ever experienced (I believe)
Had something to do with the needles and leaves
