Trip to the Clinic

it's a trip to the dirty clinic on the south side of the town
and you know that it's a sad shame but they all keep hanging 'round
and they're wrapped in tiny circles, but that's just the way they roll
it's one lick from the doctor and then (both boogers I'd know?)

as it goes it crosses the sidewalks and it makes an eerie sound
just like (groves of dead cattle?), but their moves are never loud
