The Day

No energy, unable to sleep at night
Or stay awake during sun time,
Just overwhelming sadness,
And hating myself.

Having mental images of stabbing myself,
Cracking my ribcage open with my hands,
Pulling out my insides
Terrible stuff.

Sometimes I felt like I was crazy.
I should see a doctor and get some medication.
Terrible stuff

Just overwhelming sadness
Stabbing myself

But I do not trust
Psychiatric drugs
To not have side effects.
