Ascension II (He, I & We Who Hath Traveled and Doth Avow)

Gather to me as I revelate the vision of The Chosen
I have become as shadow, as Time Himself
I, The Chosen, "Elect of the depths!"
Risen from foul inheritance
Ascending to enlightened dawn,
These raging storms assuage in turmoil
I renounce the bestowed role
This affliction, a burden I shall bear no longer
That cross of flesh I condemn
The swirling depths of humanity
The curse of Man, A title I shall bear no longer
In birth of flesh as borne
Now I release I shall become as light
To smite these masks
Assemble ye thieves, traitors to The Infinite
I have walked to The Beyond, The trail of the seer, to revelate
I am as night, the canopies release me
My limbs penetrating silver sheer
The expanse at my fingertips
To bear teeth borne of fire
Quenching the thirst of the unknown
I have walked my trail to surmise
Inference to greatness
