Witch Haunting

I wake up in the garden
I must have been sleepwalking

I watch the mist thicken
Until I can barely see

I feel a haunting presence
Behind the thorn branches

Speaking in ancient tongues
Excitement rattling their lungs

I run back to my house
The door is sealed from inside

Looking through the window
I see the figures so hideous

In the center of the ritual
I see myself sleeping

Shadow figures
Gliding around me
Reality disfigured
Grinning manically
Drawing their claws
Across my skin
Filling their cups
With my blood

Floating bed
Whole room turn red
I see myself
Laying dead
Drawing their claws
Across my skin
Filling their cups
With my blood

Is this a dream or reality
I pinch myself to wake up
Nothing seems to be working
I glide away into the night
