Claustrophobia

I've got a thousand things around me
Can hardly breathe but that wont stop me
From blasting noises in the kitchen just for the sake of sound

I'll put on one more Netflix movie while playing games that make me dizzy
The music in my ear, should make my own thoughts disappear

I'm addicted to the feelings of claustrophobia
Cause without them I don't know how I'd do alone from ya
I'll surround myself in plastic I know that it might seem too drastic
But I'd rather lose the day then think about it

Clear a morning just to meditate ended up piling onto my plate
I could try the old self medicate that only works so long

I'm back to tabloids on the screen reading things that don't even mean a thing
All because I seem to like the feeling
Of ignoring what I need
