Omen

I just saw the moon in the daytime
It was full and bright, in fact just like in the night
All I saw was night claming day
All floats in
It signals the onset of the night
All floats in
Sent off into the sky
Bit by bit into the by-and-by
A distant node you have known
And you'll know what is going to come
So I looked up and laughted, and said:
"I don't need the omen, I know what's there"
