Already Peaked

Sometimes I can still hear my sister grinding her teeth
While I'm in the next room just trying to sleep
The drugs are kicking in
And it's probably just a dream
But I can't shake the feeling that
I've already peaked
And all of my friends just pretend to like me
Reality's sinking in and it's not looking good for me

Shot up through the ceiling,
I was feeling sort of funny
Floating past the window
And looking back down over my body

Spelled out in smoke
