Starless Night

Everlasting rain still pours inside my veins
Stars desert the sky as I keep asking why

The cleared view above awakes the memories
Of a shattered love that poisons all I see

Contemplate the dark and ghastly meadows
Obscurity unveils an ocean of sorrow

Crawling shades from afar deceive my foolish mind
I do not know who they are but they've tamed this starless night

We're sailing away while the silver wake glows in the darkness
