Tides

My life is in the hands of the moon and sun
They have taken my freedom
Currents are flowing fast
They bring me to the open sea
I'm roaming on the shores of entropy

Rise, fall, immerge us all
Take me back home

Nocturnal streams give birth to slack water
And with great force lift me from the depths of the river

Falling fast, I won't survive
This is where I die
Creeping shadows fill the sky
And surround me for the last time
