God bless all the copy cats
And the disciples that they bring in droves
Another sober angel that they proselytise
Until we're all wearing the same old clothes

You can meet me at your leisure now
Give me time to remain in repose
Sparkle on me for as long as you want
I can't imagine I'd be fully opposed

Force of a sonic boom feels nice

Eventually the mood will rotten the fruit
And the bread will turn to sourdough
Somebody must've called the raining man
To put a dampener on the sideshow

Tit for tat will escalate
Into a whirling dervish of mistakes
Wondering how audible the anger will be
To all our neighbours standing in the close
