Can't imagine where I'm heading to
So I wrack my brain
All I can do is just look for myself
The fool at the bottom of the hill

In the middle under heaven
Just outside of hell

Sometimes I just whistle in the dark
I can't see nothing in my way
Oh I feel it everywhere all around
Whatever it is doesn't matter anyway

I am the foolish man who listens thru the walls
I stood in the corner as I watched the masses crawl
Toward the things that keep us all tied up inside
