Slave to my fears

To the scars that bears my story

I guess I got what I truly deserve

I've made my peace with these wounds that can never heal
When all my faith has brought me to the grave

My heart still mourns over the death of my hope
And the parts of me that I can never get back

While I rest with the nails in the casket
