Second Skin

Shattered beneath the damaged mind
Drawn within the pain
Hoping to split the cell between meaning
Open to burning, you step into the flames

Splitting abundance grows to cure the torture
Seeping sights tearing darkness
I rest alone as it flows through my blood

Step into my wound
Feel the sorrow build as I burn inside

Bursting comments stab through the tissue
Slipping into memories that faced internal pressure

I lie down and begin to fade
