Whispers of Madness

It talks to me everyday
No matter what I try
It will not go away

The whispers are of pain, regret, worthlessness
It gets louder every day by day

My mind is filled with empty meaning
The words, screaming
Through my mind

I know it lies
It screams until it is heard

No hope
No chance
My hurt
My pain

It will never let me forget

It has taken over me
The voices make me want to die
