Feeling Calm

I'm the tallest of the trees
Swaying gently in the breeze
Fluttering my leaves around
Reach my roots into the ground
Stretch my branches to the sun
Feeling happy quiet and calm
Breathing in breathing out
In your nose and out your mouth
While your chest goes up and down
Feeling happy quiet and calm
This is nice
Now I have a big paintbrush and I'm making a rainbow in the sky
Paint a rainbow overhead
Make an arch of brightest red
Orange yellow green and blue
Indigo and violet too
Shining through the rain and sun

Breathing in breathing out
In your nose and out your mouth

Feeling happy quiet and calm
Flying out among the stars
Passing Jupiter and Mars
On the moon I'm light as air
Bouncing gently everywhere
Twinkle twinkle little star
