I want to be pretty like a boy
But I'm not at all
I have no concept of what's real
It is so unusual
Try not to look in the mirror
I don't even want to know
That I am made of flesh and bone
So I sit in bed for weeks
Try to transcend my human form
Maybe I won't feel
If I can't remember what's wrong
I can't identify the cause
I don't know what I am
But I know I can't do anything about it
