Flesh Born

Toxic fumes, a caustic mix of vapor
A breeding ground of flesh and bile
Stagnant water not fit for rodents
Air so putrid, I struggle to breathe
Mangled corpses, hundreds of years worth
I feel as though my eyes deceive me

Human skulls stacked higher than my hands reach
Tripping over bones of women and children
The horrors my eyes have seen
Shall haunt me till the day I cease to exist
It's clear now these sacrifices serve a greater purpose for the process
The process of creating a husk for the witch's soul to invade
Brought from down below to sunlight
Blood and bone dust seep through the earth

No wonder how the hills run red with blood from the mountain
A heathen's born from the slaughtering of man
Rising from one hundred corpses
Evolution steps aside to hail the flesh born
