Red light through a kaleidoscope paints you something unusual
When the hurricane makes its way to you
It exposes such a cruel, dark world
When the light is off, it means much more to us
I left the door open for you in case you made your way back home
And I traveled the coasts for months on end to find you

Threw your coat on the floor, lifeless as a bird
