Cry of the Lame

A clenched fist in the air as you burn the community
The last thing that they take in is screaming straight stupidity
Because you think they'll find an answer in sheer destruction
Right a wrong with an incorrect function
Backup with a chant, call for edification
Tried hard to let a plea build this tired nation
Submit to the authority and redirect the focus
Don't fall victim to the world's hocus pocus
Say you don't know, the books will tell you everything
The leaders of the world will set the price for you to pay
But the one is the self, the self is to blame
No justice, no peace, just the cry of the lame

Wallow in the filth of all the verbal defecation
Then many will lose hope of a unified nation
Continue to fail, minds are overrun
More we move back, move forward, just begun
When you do, the struggle starts wrong
The tears are represented by the forty-third Psalm
Against this ungodly nation for which they claim hate
Offer an argument but it's a moot debate
Rather offer politics as answer and solution
Then the only thing you offer to me is mind pollution
When you're lookin' for salvation in the rhetoric of flame
No justice, no peace, just the cry of the lame

The cry of the lame only seeks weak victims
Accomplish at no end to search and to keep 'em
Stamp out their eyes and then make them blinded
Make them content with being criminal minded
Offer false hope in a struggle-some circle
Now biting your own but you know it won't work, so
Paint the big picture, what I say is not insane
Living your life behind the cry of the lame
