Standing on the bus at a loss
Smothered by the idiot-talk
Waiting for my sign to step off
To catch another line or take a walk
Down the beaten path
It'll beat me past the point of pain
So I'll take the bus again
Pay the fare and be on my way
Full-circle everyday
