No traces are left of your pleasant dream
Delusion merging with what once was real
The halo of darkness so painful and bright
Stalked by the terrors of your unseen plight

Suffocating in the incessant rain
No sanity left in this state of decay
Putrefaction in your lungs a brain aflame
In fear of living you wither away

Delirium is your reality
Deprived of pseudo sanctity
There is nothing left to see

Clouded eyes devoid of life
The world doesn't lie
I love to hate and I hate to love
And relish in what you've become

Bask in the setting sun of your last day
It will never come again
When no soul mourns your grave
The world will still remain the same

Stuck inside your rotting mind
Forever one intertwined
No relief to be found in life
So freezing cold in the absence of light
