The Disease That as Time

Ending every night
Dreams I can't forget
Fragments lost in my puzzled mind
As if I were still standing there
Emotional surge Faint reminder of pain
But never a clear sign of its source
As they were, they are no more
In fragments, my life nevermore
I wish to live that moment again
Alter what time has gained Faces they rust
Like leaves, they eventually fall
Twilight draws its rays of pain on my soul
Blinding me of what's to come
So distant that they already know the call
Debilitating slow Infinity eventually comes
