Funerals And Flaring Torches

Torches blazing through the trees,
The falling snow blurs all footprints.
Eccentric forms escort the gone,
Still mourning through the night.

All this mourning in these nights
Is illumed by the fullmoon.
Ravens floating through the nightsky,
The frosty ground encases the buried.

Blood stains the frozen ground,
The Forest whispers its hymns.
Lost souls are straying through the fog,
These ancient torchlight funerals...
