Who Could I Be?

Hang me up and put me on the wall, with glass eyes i'm sure i'd look alright
Cut me up and make me into shoes, at least i get to walk beyond these walls

Take my milk and put it in my mouth, at least you get to taste what i'm about
Take my kida and never let them out, 'cos im no good except to feed your mouth
