Keep twisting streams of emotions - ocean tides
Keep winding like the waves, serpentine
Around of all that once used to be mine

All the preciousness of a lonely mind
I passed the chalice, did it reverently
Memories that cast shadows, oh so long
Memories that - for what did I knew?

Another river, another face
