Cast into a state of shock
Separating faith from fear
Exhumation of the soul
Reducing hope to ash
Prayers left unanswered
Life is squandered
Twisted morality
Conflict internally

Losing my beliefs
Baptized now in sin
Indulging in malice
Hatred flows within

Forever entombed in disbelief
Endless suffering for eternity

Senses are failing me
Losing my way
Life means nothing
Someone must pay for this
For the lies bestowed upon me
Heinous thoughts controlling me
Filling me with regret
Life's choices are haunting me
Left abandoned by the divine
