Got nothing to do and nowhere to go
The gang's all going to the Termite show
I asked Peggy Sue to go out on a date
Her Daddy-O say's don't be home late
Hoppin' around till we're ready to drop
Everybody's gonna do the Termite Hop

Ridin' around in their GTO
Just cruising down the beach to the Termite show
Those six legged dudes shakin' to and fro
Just gather round a circle and awasy we go
