Anywhere

Dark days light my nite
Working hard and my back is tight
I know we'll never get anywhere
With a bad voice I cannot sing
I play guitar just by memory
I know we'll never get anywhere

But if you think the opportunity is gone
Then my friend you are wrong
We'll just have to make it our own way
We might not be big and bold
But I wanna play until I'm old
Or at least until I see the end of days

My guess is that will take awhile
You never fail to disappoint me
Same old story but a different day
Ignorance is bliss but that's ok
