Perfidious
The humble, oblivious - blinded by faith

I am blind faith
I provide bliss
I accept sophistry
I frown upon diversity
I breed dualism
The strong, inexorable - intoxicated by power

I am power
I corrupt
I obnubilate and conceal
I despise weakness
I breed complacency
The weak, abused - injected by fear

Uncompromising world of black and white
So pleasantly clear to the mind
How glorious it is to always be right
The absolute truth on your side
Gaining the whole world while losing their souls
The loyalists falling in line

Baptized in a cocktail of iniquitous spiritual praxis

I am fear
I paralyze
I disempower and disparage
I am saturated with insecurity and sycophancy
I strenuously breed anxiety and shame
I betray
Serpents with holy intentions
Creating God in their own image
