A people in darkness

He comes with the glory of the sun

Behold! The new Zion
Set up so high on His holy hill
A torch in the night, a city of light
Ablaze with His brightness

Hear His voice like the roar of a thousand seas

Though the climb may be steep
I call to my people!

See the scepter raised in Judah
Ruling kingdoms by His might!
See the star arise in Jacob! (Num. 24:17)
No more sun to rule by day, no more moon to rule by night
He will be your everlasting light!! (Rev. 21:23)
