Here Am I

I'm pushing the line again / Running from your grace
And I can't seem to keep moving forward
Always looking behind me / Straining for choices spent
So what's to profit when no sacrifice is left

Here am I / I feel so far away
I've ran this time / I have no good excuse
Can you take me / Will you make me / In to who I need to be
Can you hold me / Will you mold me / Into who I need to be

You've rescued me before / But this time I need out
If I'm to survive this time on my own
And I can't keep hurting / 'Cause it's not just me that bleeds
I feel Your tears every time I leave

Here am I / I feel so far away
I've ran this time / I have no good excuse
Can you take me / Will you make me / In to who I need to be
Can you hold me / Will you mold me / Into who I need to be

I have not yet reached my goal / And I am not perfect
But Christ has taken hold of me
So I keeping on running and struggling to take hold of the prize
My friends, I don't feel I have already arrived
But I forget what is behind and I strain toward what is ahead
I run toward the goal so that I can win the prize of being called to Heaven
For this is the prize that God offers because of what Christ Jesus has done
