A throne before the crowd
Placed for all to see
Only awaits its guest
Near men of apathy
Forcefully restrained with
Tools appearing for the final
Scene
Collar around the neck
Turning the cord
Wire cuts into flesh
Opens the throat
The body tense from pain
And lack of air executioner
Straining to turn the rod over
Tongue forced out the mouth
As pressure increases blood
Covers the shoulders
Eyes bulge oxygen decreases
