If I were a bell
What would make the metal of me sing

In a time too soft for bells, they sing
Where is solace in the noise they bring

What hand is it darting
In and out between my ribs
And what is shaking what is in there

Focusing on wellness
I have focused on my wellness
For so long it has become
An empty part of me
I have said the words and
I have made the noise so often
It has become strange and meaningless
