Some get it from their money to be left alone
But everyone will square your name in a box

They say it's pretty handsome to be a man
But I think I will die before understand
I tried to make it work but I couldn't stay put
I tried to feel worthy instead I felt used

They say it's pretty handsome to fit in the rank
But I don't see myself in the binary dame
Been read as that and also been judged for a while
I'm trying to quit bad habits including self harm

Why don't we just trade
Take in the pretty feeling the handsome while we can
And write a whole story in which we wouldn't be read
