Cups and orphans
Who stared at the distance
Thinking back to friends that we'd lost
Probably could have handled any one of these dark nights
But the way they stacked up, didn't spend a chance
The dropping of banister led us away
Under all my summer faith
So patiently we wandered
Beside the heath
Earth made the saint of long forgotten curses
Broken up shells and cold waiting years
You cast a last ditch spell of smoke and water
We all let go and watched you leave
And waiting for guidance we were found
Finding untold water
But not surface
The eternal soul
So patiently but so lost here
And all the lies bring
But twelve saints and a moon
