Welcome all the tourists
Infiltrate the capital
Protesting abortion, tickets to the nationals
Come every July
American as apple pie
Ever since I was a kid, it kinda blew my mind
They travel
They travel to be hateful
And all our teachers told us
They told us to be grateful
But now there's no vacations this year
Just DMV humidity
My PG County summer
I won't leave the vicinity
Unless it's an emergency
I won't show any urgency
It's wired and uncertain
So for better or for worse, that's where I'll be
