Living body bisection I prefer

Slicing the body like in an autopsy
Pulsating blood is spurting up to me
Liver, rectum on its cysts removed
Shoving fingers into the bowels
I saw into the bleeding chest
Remaining organs to discharge
Fresh blood drips down the imitated mortuary slab...
