I guess it's widely known by now that I'm a drinkin' man
I've hoisted stuff in old tin cups, in bottles and in cans
Whatever they are serving Lord, it rarely fazes me
But that No.7 bourbon Lord it still amazes me

Now wine makes me romantic, but then I fall asleep

Gin only appeases me, I just get lies from beer
