Biggest Boy

Can't keep the ringing out of my brain
Sun through my window's driving me insane
But I, I can't ignore it
I've got bills to pay
Sometimes I wish I could just go out and play
But I've got to work to eat
And save me a place to sleep
And give money to the dentist
For to fix up my teeth
And still no money in my pocket
Left to go out and play
And I just end up with more work
For another day's pay
My brand of cigarettes went up fifteen cents
What are they paying for?
It doesn't make sense
Two cups of coffee for two dollars and change
They raise the prices just to drive me insane
"Move this to them," they say
"Move the other or we won't pay
Move these things over here
And leave those where they lay"
And still no money in my pocket
Left for me to enjoy
If I want to go out dancing
Or take out the biggest boy
