In a meeting involving party leaders in the company of scientists and physicists, Joseph Goebbels, then Minister of Propaganda, proposes changing the world standard tuning for the frequency of 440 Hz, as opposed to the famous "Verdi tuning" that respected the natural frequency 432 hz.
