I should start going to therapy again but

Just doing the same thing for months
Just eating the same food for months
Just drinking every single night
And it's starting to lose it's touch
Can you make it stop cause I've had enough

My upper limits are rock bottom
And it makes me pretty cross
I'm lying down I'm full of lines
That are just dying to get crossed
