Trembling Sky

Those days are gone
The world was in my hands
No regret in these words
Nor in my thoughts
After all in those days I learnt to jump over the puddles
Noticing the sky
The trembling sky
Erasing the ground behind

Jump over puddles you find
Here the ground becomes a new sky
Fleeting visions come back to mind Able to reverse what comes to light

Those days are gone
The hopeful days in which we could touch the possibility to be
Unaware of everything
Of everything

I'm trying to remember
I was alive, I won't surrender
I hold the sensation of no destination
I'm trying to cross the lines of time

I'm trying to learn
Again to jump above
The puddles without perceiving the ground
I want to see the sky

Jump over puddles you find
