Still Storm

I hunger for your face 'cause I know I can't replace all the days we have spent
And words inside my head blur with things unsaid, but I'm still glad that we met
And mountains made of grey is where I'll hide my shame

Holes on my screen door that's swinging on my porch
I feel the warm wind freeze
And perfect raindrops land lightly on the tops of the steaming streets
And the summer time air no longer smells as fair now that it's laced with memories

And I thought I let go
But my heart says Oh No
Now I just pretend that I'm free

I live my life uncertain
Hide behind this curtain
Get stabbed by Hamlet's sword
An unintended murder
My heart can go no further
I wish I could go home
