Hallelujah! Before I knew You I was bound and broken.
There was a noose on my neck.
I was a slave to all the lusts of this world.
They said I'll never be free.
But in Your grace You sent Your One
And Only to free this captive of sin.
And now Your Spirit dwells and reigns within me.
You broke the chains and set me free.
Unreserved passion is bursting within.
All out abandonment is what I long for.
I'll gladly play the fool just to be close to You. Jesus,
You're all I truly need. Holy Spirit, rain down on us.
Bring with You freedom and joy.
Holy Spirit, break all bondage.
You hold the keys to death, and so I declare,
"The dead will raise at the sound of Your Name!"
And they will know that You are God.
