The map that I once drew was torn apart
And everything remains the same, it does
Again and again I'll blame it on someone else
It's so frustrating
Will I give up or keep pretending to silently wait for something like this?
Can I begin again? Can I pick it up from here?
I used to believe that I could go places
I wanted to be as brave and careless
How did I lose myself? Did I grow up?
I'm sure it's not anything like that
A little more faith, a little more courage
And there'd come a day that changes tomorrows
I guess I never quite realized
Just how many times those feelings reached my heart
