Where Light Ceases to Have Meaning

Enveloping darkness
The stars faded around us as we disappeared
Into the unknown
A space where even light can't escape
An object of sheer grandeur and strength
Dragging all into it's almost never ending crushing darkness
Weighted down by a maddening void
Of incomprehensible nothingness
Gazing into the gaping maw
Knowing of your fate
To be encompassed by the great unknown
