Darkness falls, drawing shades of frightful shapes
Smothering your grace from its blackened womb
Wasting your light among scattered swarms of fireflies

Into this lonely realm, the murk devour your scarce hope
Facing your own shadows, you hide from your fears

All alone, amid shadows of dread that swallows you
You gaze the weak light trails that surround you

Your life is sinking in its entrails,
Your triumphs go away like winters defeated

The old empty words are dispersed by the wind
Entrenched behind of silent walls
Glimmers of hope covered by dust, lit by the flame of a dim light
