[00:11.44] I'm going to read you the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
[00:16.88] The Preamble
[00:18.34] Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity
[00:21.81] And of the equal and inalienable
[00:23.48] Rights of all members of the human family
[00:26.62] Is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
[00:32.63] Now, therefore the General Assembly
[00:35.25] Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights
[00:40.47] As a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations,
[00:46.18] To the end that every individual and every organ of society,
[00:50.29] Keeping this Declaration constantly in mind,
[00:54.28] Shall strive by teaching and education
[00:57.42] To promote respect for these rights and freedoms
[01:01.42] And by progressive measures,
